2026 HKA 홀리데이 프로모션 패키지 예약 약관:
본 프로모션 및 예약 기간은 2026년 2월 10일부터 2월 12일까지(양일 포함)입니다(“예약 기간”). 유효 여행 기간은 2026년 2월 25일부터 2월 28일까지(인천 – 홍콩) / 2026년 3월 1일부터 3월 4일까지(홍콩 – 인천)입니다(“여행 기간”).
예약 기간 내 HKA 홀리데이 웹사이트(www.hkaholidays.com)에서 항공권을 예약해야 하며(“적격 거래”), 결제 금액은 세금, 공항 공사비, 보안 수수료, 유류 할증료 및 기타 적용 수수료를 제외한 금액이 홍콩 달러(HKD) 이상이어야 합니다(“최종 금액 요건”). 결제 단계에서 프로모션 코드 입력란에 캠페인 코드를 입력하면 해당 상품(“콤보”)을 이용하실 수 있습니다.
본 프로모션은 인천 출발/도착 노선의 이코노미 항공권에만 적용됩니다. 세금, 공항공사비 및 기타 추가 요금은 구매 금액 요건에 포함되지 않습니다. 다음 유형의 거래는 프로모션 대상에서 제외됩니다: 공과금 납부, 취소, 환불, 반품 또는 교환이 가능한 거래, 그리고 은행이 수시로 지정하는 기타 모든 유형의 거래.
- 모든 승객은 동일한 예약 번호(PNR)로 예약해야 합니다.

- HKA 홀리데이 공식 웹사이트에서 패키지를 구매할 때, 결제 페이지의 프로모션 코드 입력란에 캠페인 코드를 반드시 입력해야 합니다. 미입력 시 캠페인 코드를 적용할 수 없습니다.
- 캠페인 코드는 예약 시 기재된 여행 기간에 따라 출발일과 종료일이 해당 기간 내에 포함될 경우에만 적용됩니다.
- HKA 홀리데이는 컴퓨터 및 인터넷 네트워크 장애를 포함한 기술적 문제로 발생할 수 있는 오류 또는 누락과 관련된 모든 문제 및 손실에 대해 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
- 결제가 완료되어 예약 번호가 발급되기 전까지는 HKA 홀리데이가 예약을 완료하거나 승인하지 않습니다.
- 프로모션 혜택은 예약 시점의 항공편 이용 가능 여부에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.
- 캠페인 코드는 유효 기간 내에 한해 재사용할 수 있습니다.
- 캠페인 코드는 환불, 현금, 크레딧, 기타 상품 또는 서비스로 교환할 수 없습니다. 잔액은 지급되지 않습니다.
- 캠페인 코드를 사용하여 구매한 상품은 HKA Holidays의 예약 계약에 따르며, 사전 고지 없이 변경될 수 있습니다.
- 캠페인 코드 적용은 사전 고지 없이 변경될 수 있으며, 이에 대한 책임은 없습니다.

2025 HKA Holidays Promotion Package Flight & Hotel Booking Terms and Conditions:
The promotion and booking period runs from 10 February – 12 February 2026, both dates inclusive (“Booking Period”). Valid travel period starts from 25 February – 28 February 2026 (Incheon – Hong Kong) / 01 March – 04 March 2026 (Hong Kong – Incheon), both dates inclusive (“Travel Period”).
Book “Air” on HKA Holidays website (www.hkaholidays.com) during Booking Period (“Eligible Transactions”) with transaction (excluding tax, Airport Construction Fee, Passenger Security Charge, Passenger’s Fuel Surcharges and any other applicable charges), using Hong Kong, Dollars (HKD) for payment (“Spending Requirement”) and enter a campaign code into the promotion code field in the check-out section of the site and qualify for the product (“Combo”).
1. The Offers are only applicable to above routes departing from and returning to Incheon, for economy class. Applicable taxes, Airport Construction Fee and surcharges are excluded from Spending Requirement. The following types of transactions are not Eligible Transactions: any bill payments, any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund, or any other categories of transactions as the Bank may specify from time to time.
2. Booking must be reserved under the same record locator (PNR) for all passengers.
3. Air ticket purchased with application of the campaign code is valid on selected flights and dates, fully non-refundable, non-endorsable, no-reroutable. No-show fee is subject to fare rules as applicable to each origin/destination.
4. The campaign code is only applicable for economy class and/or business class (if applicable) tickets on flights operated by Hong Kong Airlines (HX) only. No codeshare flight is applicable.
5. The campaign code must be entered into the promo code field on the payment page at the time of purchasing the Package via HKA Holidays’ official website; otherwise the campaign code cannot be redeemed.
6. The campaign code is only applicable when your travel start date and end date are set within the Travel Period stated at the time of booking.
7. HKA Holidays will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
8. Bookings are not completed or accepted by HKA Holidays until payment has been received and a booking reference has been issued.
9. The Redemption Offers are subject to flight availability at the time of booking.
10. The campaign code can be re-used within the validation period.
11. The campaign Code cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, credits, other goods or services. No change will be given.
12. The Product(s) purchased with the campaign Code is subject to HKA Holidays’ booking agreement and may change without prior notice.
13. The application of the campaign code is subject to change without prior notice and liability.
14. The prices of all products and services are designated by HKA Holidays and are subject to change from time to time without notice.
15. All bookings made and paid are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable.
16. Fortune Wing Club (FWC) members are eligible for FWC Points accrual. Point credit will be based on actual flown distance and booking class and is subject to FWC’s terms and conditions which is available at

18. The application of the campaign code only applies to adult and child (those aged 2 or above and below 12) tickets.

22. HKA Holidays is solely responsible to eligible members for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
23. HKA Holidays reserve the right to change, modify and cancel any offer without prior notice.
24. In case of inconsistency or ambiguity between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
25. In the event of any dispute regarding any of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of HKA Holidays shall be final.
