1. By joining The Promotion, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). HKA Holidays Limited (“HKA Holidays” may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact HKA Holidays for details.
3. The promotion period is from now till December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (Hong Kong time) (“Promotion Period”). Valid travel period starts from now till January 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (Hong Kong time) (“Travel Period”).
4. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who book Package Offer “Flight + Hotel” in HKA Holidays official website (www.hkaholidays.com) (“Package”) with Eligible Cards using Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) for payment and enter promotion code “CITI5” in the check-out section of the site can enjoy 5% discount, excluding tax, Airport Construction Fee, Passenger Security Charge, Passenger’s Fuel Surcharges and any other applicable charges (“Offer”).
5. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who book Package Offer “Flight + Hotel” in HKA Holidays official website (www.hkaholidays.com) (“Package”) with Eligible Cards using Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) for payment and enter promotion code “CITI5” in the check-out section of the site can enjoy 5% discount, excluding tax, Airport Construction Fee, Passenger Security Charge, Passenger’s Fuel Surcharges and any other applicable charges (“Offer”).
6. The Offer is only applicable to routes departing from and returning to Hong Kong, for both business & economy class.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
8. Booking must be reserved under the same record locator (PNR) for all passengers.
9. Air ticket purchased with application of the promo code is valid on selected flights and dates. No-show fee, re-booking fee, re-routing fee and refund fee are subject to fare rules as applicable to each origin/destination.
10. The promotion code is only applicable for economy class and/or business class (if applicable) tickets on flights operated by Hong Kong Airlines (HX) only. No codeshare flight is applicable.
11. The Promotional Code must be entered into the promo code field on the payment page and applied for the discount to be deducted at the time of purchasing the Package via HKA Holidays’ official website; otherwise the Promotional Code cannot be redeemed.
12. The Promotional Code is only applicable when your travel start date and end date are set within the Travel Period stated at the time of booking.
13. HKA Holidays will not be liable for the products and services offered by Citibank, and not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
14. Citibank and HKA Holidays will not accept any liability should a Cardholder fail to input the promotion code when conducting eligible transactions and result in forfeiture of the Cardholders’ eligibility to the discount.
15. Bookings are not completed or accepted by HKA Holidays until payment has been received and a booking reference has been issued.
16. The Redemption Offers are subject to flight and hotel room availability at the time of booking.
17. The promotion code can be re-used within the validation period.
18. The Promotional Code cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, credits, other goods or services. No change will be given.
19. The Product(s) purchased with the Promotional Code is subject to HKA Holidays’ booking agreement and may change without prior notice.
20. The application of the promotion code is subject to change without prior notice and liability.
21. The prices of all products and services are designated by HKA Holidays and are subject to change from time to time without notice.
22. All bookings made and paid are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable.

28. HKA Holidays reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

General Terms and Conditions (If applicable)

Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from HKA Holidays. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from HKA Holidays. 6. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.
