2026 HKA Holidays Promotion Package Flight & Hotel Booking Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotional booking period is from April 1 to December 31, 2026, inclusive (the "Booking Period"); the valid travel dates are from April 1 to December 31, 2026, inclusive (the "Travel Dates").
2. The Offers are only applicable for payment with HSBC credit/debit cards issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (the “HSBC”).
3. Cardholders who book a "Flight + Hotel" package ("Eligible Transaction") using an eligible HSBC credit card through the Hong Kong Airlines Holidays website (www.hkaholidays.com) during the booking period, and pay in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) at the time of the Eligible Transaction ("Transaction Requirements"), and then enter the promo code to book the package, can enjoy an instant discount.
4. The Offers are only applicable to above routes departing from and returning to Hong Kong, for both business & economy class. Applicable taxes, Airport Construction Fee and surcharges are excluded from spending requirement. The following types of transactions are not Eligible Transactions: any bill payments, any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund, or any other categories of transactions as the Bank may specify from time to time.
5. Booking must be reserved under the same record locator (PNR) for all passengers.
6. Air ticket purchased with application of the promo code is valid on selected flights and dates. No-show fee, re-booking fee, re-routing fee and refund fee are subject to fare rules as applicable to each origin/destination.
7. The promotion code is only applicable for economy class and/or business class (if applicable) tickets on flights operated by Hong Kong Airlines (HX) only. No codeshare flight is applicable.
8. The Promotional Code must be entered into the promo code field on the payment page and applied for the discount to be deducted at the time of purchasing the Package via HKA Holidays’ official website; otherwise the Promotional Code cannot be redeemed.
9. The Promotional Code is only applicable when your travel start date and end date are set within the Travel Period stated at the time of booking.
10. HKA Holidays will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
11. HSBC and Hong Kong Airlines Holidays are not liable for any system errors, including but not limited to any events or losses caused by any computer or network connection.
12. Bookings are not completed or accepted by HKA Holidays until payment has been received and a booking reference has been issued.
13. The Redemption Offers are subject to flight and hotel room availability at the time of booking.
14. The promotion code can be re-used within the validation period.
15. The Promotional Code cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, credits, other goods or services. No change will be given.
16. The Product(s) purchased with the Promotional Code is subject to HKA Holidays’ booking agreement and may change without prior notice.
17. The application of the promotion code is subject to change without prior notice and liability.
18. The prices of all products and services are designated by HKA Holidays and are subject to change from time to time without notice.
19. All bookings made and paid are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable.

27. In case of inconsistency or ambiguity between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
28. In the event of any dispute regarding any of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of HKA Holidays shall be final.
29. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
