2026 HKA Holidays Promotion Package Flight & Hotel Booking Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotional booking period is from July 16, 2026 to July 31, 2026, inclusive (the "Booking Period"); the valid travel period are from July 16, 2026 to August 28, 2026, inclusive (the "Travel Period").
Book “Air + Hotel” or “Air” on HKA Holidays website (www.hkaholidays.com) during Booking Period (“Eligible Transactions”) with transaction (excluding tax, Airport Construction Fee, Passenger Security Charge, Passenger’s Fuel Surcharges and any other applicable charges), using Hong Kong, Dollars (HKD) for payment (“Spending Requirement”) and enter a promotion code into the promotion code field in the check-out section of the site.

Applicable taxes, Airport Construction Fee and surcharges are excluded from Spending Requirement. 5. Booking must be reserved under the same record locator (PNR) for all passengers.
6. Air ticket purchased with application of the promo code is valid on selected flights and dates. No-show fee, re-booking fee, re-routing fee and refund fee are subject to fare rules as applicable to each origin/destination.
7. The promotion code is only applicable for economy class and/or business class (if applicable) tickets on flights operated by Hong Kong Airlines (HX) only. No codeshare flight is applicable.
8. The promo code must be entered into the promo code field on the payment page and applied for the discount to be deducted at the time of purchasing the Package via HKA Holidays’ official website; otherwise the promo code cannot be redeemed.
9. The promotion code is only applicable when your travel start date and end date are set within the Travel Period stated at the time of booking.
