The fuselage design of the Panda Friends livery aircraft creatively incorporates Ocean Park's beloved IP characters, namely An An, Ke Ke, Ying Ying and Le Le, alongside the Hong Kong-born giant panda twins — elder sister Jia Jia and younger brother De De. In the artwork, the six pandas set off from Ocean Park with their passports and cameras in hand, taking on the role of tourism ambassadors as they journey around the world with passengers on board.

Redemption process: HKA Holidays will notify you via email within 5 business days after your order. The commemorative boarding pass will be delivered by SF Express to the designated SF Express self-pickup point in Hong Kong by September 15, 2026. Please ensure that you provide the SF Express self-pickup point information you wish to collect the pass from after receiving the notification from HKA Holidays.
4. The Offers are only applicable to above routes departing from and returning to Hong Kong, for both business & economy class. Applicable taxes, Airport Construction Fee and surcharges are excluded from Spending Requirement. The following types of transactions are not Eligible Transactions: any bill payments, any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund, or any other categories of transactions as the Bank may specify from time to time.
5. Booking must be reserved under the same record locator (PNR) for all passengers.
6. Air ticket purchased with application of the promo code is valid on selected flights and dates. No-show fee, re-booking fee, re-routing fee and refund fee are subject to fare rules as applicable to each origin/destination.
7. The promotion code is only applicable for economy class and/or business class (if applicable) tickets on flights operated by Hong Kong Airlines (HX) only. No codeshare flight is applicable.
8. The promo code must be entered into the promo code field on the payment page and applied for the discount to be deducted at the time of purchasing the Package via HKA Holidays’ official website; otherwise the promo code cannot be redeemed.
9. The promotion code is only applicable when your travel start date and end date are set within the Travel Period stated at the time of booking.
10. HKA Holidays will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
11. Bookings are not completed or accepted by HKA Holidays until payment has been received and a booking reference has been issued.
12. The Redemption Offers are subject to flight and hotel room availability at the time of booking.
13. The promotion code can be re-used within the validation period.
14. The Promotional Code cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, credits, other goods or services. No change will be given.
15. The Product(s) purchased with the Promotional Code is subject to HKA Holidays’ booking agreement and may change without prior notice.
16. The application of the promotion code is subject to change without prior notice and liability.
17. The prices of all products and services are designated by HKA Holidays and are subject to change from time to time without notice.
